In the event that any of the participants in the matter share with Bufete Robles, S.C. ("Robles Hüe Abogados") personal data as part of the provision of our services, Robles Hüe Abogados will treat them as responsible, only on behalf of and according to the instructions received from the person who shares such personal data and for the purposes that he/she instructs us. Robles Hüe Abogados undertakes to maintain confidentiality with respect to the personal data processed and not to transfer them in breach of the instructions received. The person who shares such personal data, in its capacity as responsible, and Robles Hüe Abogados, in its capacity as responsible, will comply with the obligations and duties imposed on them by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations. Likewise, the person who shares personal data with us agrees to deliver to Robles Hüe Abogados the privacy notice that regulates the processing of personal data and authorizes Robles Hüe Abogados from this moment, to: (i) share the personal data with other entities belonging to the same corporate group of Robles Hüe Abogados who would also act as processors, and (ii) to carry out the subcontracting of data processing services that are necessary for the provision of our services, in the understanding that the subcontracted individual or legal entity will assume the same obligations established for processors in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals. On the other hand, the person who shares personal data with us and Robles Hüe Abogados acknowledge that the representation and contact data of its officers and employees -such as name and surname, functions, address and office telephone number, email and other information used to represent their companies-, are not considered personal data under applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Robles Hüe Abogados will take care of such information, as well as any other information that any of the participants in the matter provide to us in connection with our assignment.
